Question:

This is on behalf of Wei Kuo. He needs help designing this to look more "UnitedAg." It's an email that's sent to the User who requests information on their eligibility information.

Per Maribel's request: Maribel will moderate the General category, where marketing@unitedag.org emails will drop into. She'll then move tickets into a "secondary" category, and assign them to members of her team. 2019.03.28: Removed Martee Camarillo and Richard Tran from this General category.
